What happens to a community’s road network when, immediately after expansion, the country is hit by major economic downturn?

Learn how Jerry Dankbar, the Street Maintenance Superintendent of Roseville, CA was able to maintain the city’s road network after miles of new roads were added to accommodate a growing population. This expansion was made just before the 2008 recession, throwing budgets and resources into major uncertainty.

In conjunction with the story of Roseville, presenters will demonstrate helpful tools and calculators found on RoadResource.org to better equip road managers in data-driven decision-making for road networks.  All are welcome to attend.
