In this one hour session, we will discover quick and easy techniques to become more resilient in stressful situations, like during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having our world overturned without any control or say in the matter is incredibly difficult, and having the mindset and skills to lean on during these challenging times aids in our success.

Take these 60 minutes to consider how you can take small actions each day to take back control of your world, become more resilient, and overcome this new temporary normal. Participants will walk away understanding their own stress triggers and an individualized action plan for overcoming those stressors and becoming more resilient as a result.
