Her mission is to empower Nevada agencies to support and strengthen their communities through transportation countermeasures and safety initiatives.

Luis has provided technical support across Nevada in areas such as roadway condition evaluation, pavement management systems, and data management software.

Nancy has an extensive background developing and delivering transportation training in pavement technology, maintenance and construction, asset management, safety, environment, and traffic services topics.

April schedules and facilitates online training, maintains course records, updates the website, and maintains the Road Scholar Program.
