Program Manager for Training
Nancy brings 15 years of experience developing classroom and online transportation training in pavement, maintenance and construction, asset management, safety, environmental, and work zone traffic and safety topics.
Jim is a civil engineer registered in Nevada and California. He has close to 50 years experience as a geologist and engineer working on large public works projects such as dams, levees and highways. He founded Nichols Consulting Engineers and previously served as the Program Director of the Nevada LTAP for over six years.
Randy comes to LTAP following careers in the public and private sectors of transportation. Immediately prior to becoming the LTAP Program Manager, Randy was a founding principal in the Reno-based engineering firm of Bowling Mamola Group, serving governmental and private clients. Randy's previous experience includes a decade at the Nevada Department of Transportation in the Construction and Environmental fields.
NVLTAP offers direct technical assistance for dealing with specific transportation challenges. Our classes provide special training in transportation issues such as infrastructure management, road surface management, innovative contracting, etc.
