You will also identify the symptoms of dehydration and heat-related injuries; describe first-aid treatments for heat exposure; explain the importance of water, clothing, and shade; describe the contents of a summer survival kit; and acquire survival tips and tricks.
Recommended attendees include managers, supervisors, safety professionals, and crew leads who need to meet regulatory requirements for training and create work/rest schedules for high heat days in specific states and under OSHA’s General Duty Clause.
