The overall Road Safety Champion Program provides a high-level overview of road safety in the United States through seven modules.

The goal of this two-hour virtual training, Module 5–Core Module 5: Intersection of Transportation with Public Health and Law Enforcement covers the role of public health and law enforcement agencies to work together on the road to zero and strategies to achieve this.

After attending training, participants will be able to:

• • Reiterate the importance of transportation safety from multiple perspectives.
  • Identify how law enforcement and public health are intertwined in transportation safety.
  • Describe collaborative approach strategies to break down silos.
