Road Safety Champion Program Core Module #3: Introduction to Traffic Safety Culture
March 21 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
This training introduces growing positive traffic safety culture to significantly improve road safety in America. Participants will leave the training with a better understanding of the elements that shape traffic safety culture, how those factors interact to affect behaviors related to traffic safety, strategies that can be implemented to improve traffic safety culture among various groups, and ideas about how they can leverage their role (and the role of others) in growing a positive traffic safety culture.
The National Center for Rural Road Safety will host all seven core modules of the RSCP on Tuesdays starting March 14th and running until April 25th.
- These trainings will use Zoom. Please ensure Zoom is on your “safe” email list before registering to ensure you receive the link to attend.
- These trainings are part of the RSCP, so the recording WILL NOT be made available to registrants. Please only register if you can attend that day.
- You do not need to attend all 7 modules and can take them out of order.
- You must attend the entire training to receive a certificate of completion.
