DESCRIPTION:In 2020\, PPRA/FHWA provided an excellent webinar introducing the basics of asphalt emulsion chemistry and the manufacturing of asphalt emulsions. This presentation will build on that platform and look deeper into the main components of asphalt and their contribution to performance as well as at the state of the art chemistries now being used and the various properties imparted.
