This free 1.5-hour web conference training teaches you all the steps to complete to obtain a quality crack treatment. They include: \n\nSelecting the right projects and materials.\nConducting adequate crack preparation.\nApplying a treatment following best practices.\nInspecting the work.\nIdentifying and troubleshooting issues that arise during the project.\n\nThis training is appropriate for anyone who constructs or inspects crack treatments\, including crack filling and sealing. In addition\, this webinar will showcase counties that have begun implementation of LRSPs. These counties will highlight the methodologies and processes used to begin implementing their plans locally by describing types of safety projects\, funding opportunities\, and strategies to streamline safety projects. \nWebinar Outcomes\nAt the conclusion of this webinar\, participants will be able to: \n\nIdentify some barriers that can affect the implementation of LRSPs\nIdentify strategies to streamline safety project implementation\nIdentify economical solutions for saving lives\nList methodologies or processes towards implementation\n\nTarget Audience\nThis training is directed towards a very broad safety audience including\, but not limited to\, law enforcement\, planners\, engineers\, first responders\, elected officials\, public health\, tourism agencies\, and safety culture experts. USLIMITS2 is a web based tool designed to help practitioners set reasonable\, safe\, and consistent speed limits for specific segments of roads. USLIMITS2 is applicable to all types of roads ranging from rural local roads and residential streets to urban freeways. However\, the tool is not applicable to school zones or construction zones. \nThis webinar will begin with an overview of USLIMITS2\, how it works\, the decision rules behind the tool that lead to the speed limit recommendations\, recent updates made to the tool\, and plans for future updates. This presentation will be followed by presentations from  a local agency and a State agency discussing how they have used USLIMITS2 and the benefits that have been recognized.
