Emerging technologies and trends create new services\, capabilities\, and applications for transportation users and agencies. By evaluating and incorporating them\, agencies can increase the overall effectiveness of their TSMO efforts. \nThe playbook is organized into four context areas: Planning and Program; Institutional\, Systems\, and Operations.
