DESCRIPTION:What happens to a community’s road network when\, immediately after expansion\, the country is hit by major economic downturn? \nLearn how Jerry Dankbar\, the Street Maintenance Superintendent of Roseville\, CA was able to maintain the city’s road network after miles of new roads were added to accommodate a growing population.
